David A. Bunt

David Anthony Bunt, 80, passed away on July 27, 2022 at his home in Tempe, AZ. He was born July 5, 1942, in Flint, MI, the son of Horace V. and Isabel E. (Beatty) Bunt.

After high school, David married Stephanie Kay Johnson on March 14, 1964 and went to trade school to became a journeyman pipe fitter. He went on to attend the Flint Bible Institute and completed his bachelor studies at Maranatha Baptist Bible College. Upon graduation, he moved his family to California where he received a Master of Divinity degree from San Francisco Baptist Theological Seminary. He faithfully served as youth pastor and bus pastor in Tempe, AZ.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Randy. Surviving in addition to his wife, Stephanie (Johnson) Bunt are his children, Cameron Bunt (Julie); Jennifer Laginess (Mike); Aaron Bunt (Candy); Amy Anderson (Joel) and Joshua Boylan.

David will be interred at Baptist Memorial Cemetery in East Troy, Wisconsin.
