Connie Grimsley Merker (Fullwood) (Snow)
Resident of Green Valley, AZ, formerly of Milwaukee and Madison, WI. Born in
Memphis, TN, to William Ashley Grimsley and Vera Muller Grimsley. Married and
widowed three times to three wonderful men - Herman Fehr Merker, Edward Fenton
Fullwood, and Richard Snow.
Mother of Michael (Linda) Merker, Karen (Paul) Weis, and Thomas (Dana) Merker.
Grandmother of nine (Mason, Christian “Kit”, Rebecca, Joshua, Kaitie, Matthew,
Andrew, Ellen, Stuart), Great-Grandmother of twelve. Three honorary children through
marriage; Michael (Lou) Fullwood, Candice Singletary, Joe (Debbie) Snow. Nephew,
William Ashley (Jennifer) Harden. Foreign exchange “Mom” to Lars (Anne) Hagberg
from Sweden and Antonio (Suzie) Vasconcellos from Ecuador.
Connie was a world traveler, visiting all seven continents and many wonderful
adventures during 88 1/2 years of a very blessed life. She was a member of Valley
Presbyterian Church and the Junior League of Milwaukee.
The family thanks the amazing caregivers at The Villas at Green Valley and Amedisys
Hospice for their exceptional kindness and compassion.
