Ronald J. Filipiak

Ron is survived by his two children, Marcia and Tom, along with his granddaughter, Charlotte.

Ron served proudly as an accountant for Milwaukee County. He also selflessly dedicated much of his time to service in the Catholic Church in roles such as the President of the Holy Name Society and consistent volunteer for the annual festival at St. Roman's Church, Milwaukee. In his spare time, he enjoyed bike riding, swimming, bowling, and helping his parents in the garden.

He was a proud father and he enjoyed spending time with his son camping and golfing. His daughter was the apple of his eye and with her he shared his most beloved pastime, Milwaukee Brewers games.

The family will have a private ceremony with immediate family only and asks that any donations be made in Ron's honor to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Southeastern Wisconsin.
