Theresa Rae "Terri" Chojnacki

Preceded in death by her parents Raymond "Matty" and Dorothy (nee Schubert), and her uncle, Rev. Herbert Schubert.

Loving sister of Matty and Lynn, Dave and Denise, Ray and Tammy, and Rick, the best baby brother and helper a big sister could ask for. 

Loving Auntie and life long positive influencer to Erica, Daniel, Ryan, Jodi (Mikel) Moreno, Stevie (Rob) Schroeder, Amanda (Randy) Craab, Ray Jr. (Kiera), Andrew (Jade), Olivia, Jacob & Caroline Young and Logan & Brendan Severns. 

Greeeat Auntie to Antonio, Aiden, Emmy, Ella, Elynn, Mason, Jaxon, Reid and his twin brother & sister arriving in October. 

Special thanks to niece/Godchild Erica and nephew Daniel for their care and help.  Dearest best friend, Deb Severns and Brian and the boys and the Hoppe Family. Dearest friend of Jim and Katy Young and family.

Farewell to her wonderful Shorewest friends, especially Lisa, Linda, Pat Ann, Jan and other real estate friends Marty and Clandine.

Terri was a former member of the Radio Disney Road Crew.

A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 12 PM, with a gathering from 11 AM-12 PM.
