Virginia Mae Roberts

Virginia Mae Roberts, 94, of the Town of Delafield, Wisconsin, left her earthly home on July 24, 2020.  Virginia was born on May 17, 1926, in Waukesha, Wisconsin, to John and Alice Schmidt.  She graduated from Waukesha High School in 1944 and worked at Waukesha Engine until she was married on October 31, 1945, to Richard Roberts, Jr., of Delafield, Wisconsin. Virginia was a full-time homemaker, diligent wife, and thoughtful mother.  She became a dear mother-in-law and special grandmother / great-grandmother.

Virginia is preceded in death by her brother John, who died in childhood; sisters, Muriel and Ione; and husband, Richard Roberts, Jr.

She is survived by her sons, Rick Roberts, of Waunakee, Wisconsin, and Rhon (Tonda) Roberts, of Mukwonago Wisconsin.  She is further survived by ten grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. 

A private family funeral for Virginia was held at the facilities of Mukwonago Baptist Church. Arrangements are being planned by Bruskiewitz Funeral Home of Milwaukee, WI.  For more information, you may call the funeral home at 414.321.1700. 

Virginia was a quiet, thoughtful, and beautiful person.  She will be greatly missed.
