Jerzy "Jerry" Moskaluk

Beloved husband of Heddy "Jadwiga" (nee Dziedzic) for 62 years. Loving father of Christopher (Donna), Mary (Michael) Schumacher and Deborah Bayer. Dear grandfather of Alexandria Moskaluk and Jessica (Andrew) Jennings. Brother of Alicja Edwards. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jerry was a proud Cadet of Junacka Szkoła Kadetów, which he attended from 1942 - 1948.

Visitation at the Funeral Home on Monday, May 8th, 2023 from 4-7 PM, with a Vigil Service at 6:30 PM. Funeral on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023, beginning at the Funeral Home at 10 AM, then processing at 10:30 AM to SS. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, 1547 W. Windlake Ave., for the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Private interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Linda and the staff of St. Croix Hospice for their compassionate care of Jerry.
