Donald R. Blackstone

Preceded in death by the love of his life Linda Taylor. Loving father of Thomas (Patty), Mark (Eileen) and Carisa (Thomas) Putz. Dear grandfather of Amy (Jason), Kortney (Dan), Mark Jr., Kyle, Michael and Tyler, and great-grandpa of Mason, Mija and Manning. Brother of Judy.

Donald was a proud veteran of the US Air Force. He worked as an engineer for Delco Electronics and Johnson Controls. He had fond memories of his time spent as a boy at the Wessely family farm in Kewaunee.

Visitation Wednesday, September 20th, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church , 3722 S. 58th St., followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 PM. Interment Arlington Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Our Lady of Lourdes Church are appreciated.

The family would like to give special thanks to Donald's neighbors Jerry and Donna Kindler for watching over and taking care of Donald and his home.
