Beverly J. Horack

Passed away on December 26, 2022 at the age of 98 years.

Beloved mother of Robert Hoffman, Diane Hoffman-Lynch, Linda (Joel) Hoffman-Giese and the late Alan Hoffman. Further survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park Chapel of the Flowers, 13235 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield, on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 11 AM, with visitation from 10:30 - 11 AM.
