Anton "Tony" Pless

Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Artmann) for 34 years. Loving father of Michelle (Jared) Gilbertson and Ashley. Dear grandfather of Elouise Irene. Son of Theresa and the late Peter Jr. Brother of Joe, Carol Benson and Peter (Laura). Further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, other relatives and friends.

Tony proudly worked for many years with his father Peter at Pless Builders, where he was a skilled craftsman. He was also a valued employee of The Tool House. A well rounded "Jack of all trades", he was always willing to help those who asked, never saying "no".  Tony was an active member of many organizations in the Milwaukee German community and a Germanfest volunteer for 39 years.  His Catholic faith was very important in his life. He loved the "northwoods" and spending time with his family at their cottage. 

Tony's "dad jokes", dry sense of humor and kind and good-hearted ways will always be remembered and cherished by his family and friends.

Visitation at the funeral home on Sunday, March 12 from 4-7:30 PM, with a Prayer Service at 7:30 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 13 at 10:30 AM at Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 2322 S. 106th St., West Allis, with visitation at the Church from 9:30-10:15 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
